Last week I heard of a Hip Chick DJ for the first time in my life. My brother was planning and organising his wedding and he told me that Lucy, his fiancee at that time, wanted a Hip Chick DJ for their wedding party by all means. Yesterday they married and he and his wife had engaged a so called Hip Chick DJ for the party – it was so much fun! I didn’t believe my eyes, when I saw her. It was an old school friend of mine. But I didn’t recognize her immediately. The girl now rediated so much women power that I was speachless. She now was a multi-talented host.

Later in the night she already had managed helping the guests to let theirselves go. For that reason there was nothing left for her to do and I arrived to engage her in conversation. I wanted to know how she got the idea to become a Hip Chick DJ and how she feels with that career. She told me that she visited the class reunion five years ago. I swallowed. I always ignore class reunions as a matter of principle. I think that they are used by successful people as a opportunity to show alienated people that they reached a certain prosperity or other aims. Well, my old friend, the present Hip Chick DJ, now recounted of that reunion. The promoter of that event also engaged a Hip Chick DJ. Julia, my old friend, was at that point in time a succesful journalist, but she felt already burned out despite of her young age. Julia now told me that she was fascinated by the way the Hip Chick DJ thrilled such a big crowd of people and talked to the girl. Julia decided to take a leave from work and accompanied the Hip Chick DJ for several events until she was sure that she wanted to try to become a Hip Chick DJ, too. Now she is much more relaxed and a passioned host. She told me how much fun she has by helping people to let theirselves go. Her eyes shined when she told me about the change in her life, and a must admit, I was a little bit jealous of that.
